The alarm isn't ringing
Open "Settings" in the app and check "Alarms" under "Permissions". If permission is missing, a banner appears on the "Today" screen. Tap "Open Settings" and allow alarms for Lekobudzik in iOS.
Check that your medication is active and its times are correct. Reopen the app to refresh the alarm schedule. You can see upcoming alarms under "Settings" → "Diagnostics" → "Scheduled alarms".
The camera is unavailable or a photo is rejected
Check camera permission under "Settings" → "Permissions" → "Camera". If access was denied, tap "Open Settings" and allow it in iOS.
If the photo is too dark, move into better light or turn on the flash. Take a new photo using the camera in the app. You can't use your photo library. Read the rejection message and try again.
Take the photo within the window from 1 hour before the scheduled time until 2 hours after it. A dose marked Taken or Missed can't be recorded again. The app's window is not advice to change when you take your medication.
A calendar entry is missing
In "Settings", turn on "Export to Calendar" under "Medications calendar". Under "Permissions", check that Calendar has "Full access". The app needs this to create a separate calendar.
In Apple Calendar, check that the "Medications" calendar is visible. Entries are created when you record a dose as taken, not when an alarm is scheduled. Reopen Lekobudzik so it can retry missing entries from the past 24 hours. A calendar error doesn't undo a recorded dose.
How to send diagnostics
- Open the "Settings" tab, then "Diagnostics".
- Tap "Export diagnostics".
- In the system share sheet, save the file or choose your email app and send it to hello@craftweb.pl.
Include a short description of the problem and roughly when it happened. Review the file before sending it: it contains logs, device details and the app version. Don't include unnecessary health information or photos of medication.
How to delete all your data
Delete the app and its data in iOS. Removing its icon from the Home Screen or offloading the app while keeping its documents doesn't delete the local database. Lekobudzik has no separate "Delete all data" button.
Delete the "Medications" calendar manually in Apple Calendar. If you keep the app, turn off calendar export first. Apple backups and diagnostic files you've already shared need to be deleted separately. For details, read the privacy policy.
